William Sami Étienne Grigahcine, professionally known as DJ Snake, is an Algerian French record producer and DJ born in Paris in 1986. He first rose to fame with his 2013 hit single "Turn Down for What" featuring Lil Jon, which became a global anthem and earned octuple platinum certification in the United States.

DJ Snake has a unique blend of EDM, trap, moombahton, and dubstep, collaborating with top artists like Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber, and Major Lazer. His debut album Encore (2016) and follow-up Carte Blanche (2019) feature chart-topping singles such as "Let Me Love You" and "Taki Taki".
