This is a full-volume party track, and it does not pretend to be anything else. The hook paints a crew that is "Todos alterados, tomando botellas" [all wound up, drinking bottles] and "tomando Buchanan's" [drinking Buchanan's, a Scotch whisky], with a dare to anyone trying to keep up: "Quieres alcanzarnos pero te estrellas" [you want to catch us but you crash]. The funniest image is the street being so wild that "en la esquina ya no quedan focos" [there are no light bulbs left on the corner] while "las vecinas saben que ando loco" [the neighbours know I'm going crazy].
Fair warning: it is heavy on Mexican street slang, weed and swearing. Carnal means "bro", feria is cash, morras are girls, mota is weed and pistear means to drink. Words like watchan (from English "watch") show how much Spanglish lives in this scene. The verse that ends with four patrol cars arriving "buscando delito y se fueron con disco" [looking for a crime and leaving with a CD] is a cheeky little punchline.
