The whole song is one argument the singer keeps losing. It opens on "Dijimos que no y lo volvimos a hacer" (We said no and we did it again), and everything after that is Xavi explaining why. They break up, they drift, they end up back in the same place: "Siempre nos perdemos y al rato volvemos" (We always get lost and soon after we come back), "Porque en la cama tú y yo nos entendemos" ('Cause in bed, you and I understand each other). The title carries the rest. "Solo tú me das esa dosis que a mí me aloca" (Only you give me that dose that drives me crazy) puts her in the same category as anything else you would light up, and he knows exactly what he is admitting.
