DJ Project is a renowned Romanian dance music group formed in 2000 in Timișoara. Originally consisting of producers Gino Manzotti and DJ Maxx alongside vocalist Elena Baltagan, the group quickly rose to fame with their debut album Experience in 2001.
Known for their catchy beats and heartfelt lyrics, DJ Project has released multiple chart-topping singles such as Privirea ta, Încă o noapte, and Mi-e dor de noi. Their dynamic sound earned them the "Best Romanian Act" award at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2006.
