"Ay Ay Ay" is Rawayana doing what they do best: a playful, sweaty dance song with a Caribbean groove. The singer spots someone shy at the party and won't let them hide: "No te me escondas detrás de la columna" (don't hide from me behind the column), then "Ay, nena, ven para acá y no te me frenes" (oh, girl, come over here and don't hold back on me). The te me combo is very Venezuelan and very common in speech: it means the action affects me, so "don't you go hiding on me".
The best line is a bit of nerdy flirting: he wants to "calcular" (calculate) the space "entre tu cuerpo y el mío" (between your body and mine), and the answer is "ahora milímetros" (now millimetres). The second half turns into a party chant: "epa, si tú no bailas, te lo bailan" (hey, if you don't dance, they'll dance it for you), and "pega'ito" is pegadito, dancing pressed close. The outro, "Aguanta Lucero, que no se apagará la mecha" (hold on, Lucero, the fuse won't go out), is a call to keep the night burning.
