Coincidimos ("We match up") is a flirty afrobeat duet where Ivy Queen and Nanpa Básico decide the stars have already done the matchmaking. It opens with a confession: "Siento que habla más fuerte lo que mantengo callado" (I feel that what I keep quiet speaks louder), and then admits "sigo soñando los besos que nunca te he dado" (I keep dreaming of the kisses I've never given you).
The hook leans on astrology. "Y el horóscopo me dijo" (and the horoscope told me) leads into "Compatibles tú y yo" (you and I are compatible) and "Nadie lo puede negar" (nobody can deny it). The stuttered "to-to-to-to-to'" is just todo (everything) chopped up for rhythm. Nanpa's verse is the cheeky part: he wants a day that lasts "unas 70 horas" (about 70 hours), calls himself "un niño de fuego" (a fire kid), and says "este flaquito trabaja a vapor" (this skinny guy runs on steam). Listen for pa', the street-Spanish shortening of para (for, to), which shows up in nearly every line of his verse, and afrito, a playful word for an afrobeat track they want to dance to.
