"Cómo No Amarla" (How Could I Not Love Her) is a regional Mexican love song built on one question that answers itself. Abraham Vazquez opens with a confession, "Es cierto que me he equivocado más de diez mil veces" (It's true I've messed up more than ten thousand times), but swears that with her he feels different. When he hugs her he feels "flechado", literally "hit by an arrow", which is the Spanish way of saying Cupid got you.
The chorus is a list of reasons, each one starting with "cómo no amarla" (how could I not love her). She makes him feel "tan completo" (so complete), she gives him everything and "no me la merezco" (I don't deserve her), her eyes are "la joya más cara" (the most expensive jewel), and she even looks beautiful "cuando se despeina" (when her hair gets messy). He also calls her "la niña más linda de todo el planeta" (the prettiest girl on the whole planet) and adds "yo no te exagero" (I'm not exaggerating), which is exactly what someone says while exaggerating. It is sweet, a little over the top, and a great song for picking up the pattern "cómo no + infinitive".
