Regaste comes from the verb regar, which literally means 'to water' something, like a plant. However, in this song, it's part of the very common slang phrase la regaste, which means 'you messed up' or 'you screwed up'.
It’s a powerful, informal way of saying someone made a big mistake. The singer uses it to express his frustration, telling his ex "Y aún así la regaste" ('And you still messed it up'), even after he had given his all to the relationship. "Vete" opens with a guy who is bad at goodbyes and knows it: "Nunca fue mi cosa decir adiós" (It was never my thing to say goodbye). Months later he finally admits it, "Voy a aceptar que todavía te pienso" (I'm going to accept that I still think about you). The party nights and the drinks don't work anymore, and he's honest that the rebound dates haven't helped either: "Ya he tratado con varias y no me animan" (I've already been with several others, and none of them lift my spirits). He wants a "medicina" (medicine) for the wound her heart left. It's a sad, slightly self-pitying first half.
Then he snaps. "Y si quieres largarte, no se te hace tarde" (And if you want to leave, don't let me stop you), and suddenly he's the one showing her the door. "Largarte" is a rough way to say leave, closer to "get lost". He says he gave everything and she still "la regaste" (messed it up), a very Mexican bit of slang. The chorus is pure bravado: "No me dueles tanto" (You don't hurt me that much), followed by "Húndete en tu llanto / Pierdes este bato" (Drown in your tears / You're losing this dude). "Bato" is Mexican slang for a guy, and calling himself "this dude" is half swagger, half joke. Do I believe him? Not really. The last lines slide straight back to "Todo por ti" (Everything for you), and that's the best part of the song.
