Luis Figueroa sings this one like a guy who knows exactly what is happening to him and walks into it anyway. She shows up and says she wants to come back, "ahora quiere volver" [now she wants to come back], and he admits "es la segunda vez que vuelvo a caer" [it's the second time I fall for it again]. By the last verse it has become "la tercera vez" [the third time], which is a pretty funny way to show he learned nothing.
The chorus is the whole joke: she is "una especialista" [a specialist], and he is "otro número en su lista" [another number on her list]. He calls her "egoísta" [selfish] and still says "no hay quien diablos se resista" [who the hell could resist]. "Diablos" literally means "devils", but here it is just a mild curse, like "the hell". Then comes the cheeky part, "pa' arriba y pa' bajo, pa' fuera y pa' dentro" [up and down, out and in], where "pa'" is the spoken short form of "para" and the dance moves are not really about dancing.
Listen for "calentura": it literally means a fever, but in this line, "puede más mi calentura" [my lust wins out], it means being turned on. He wants to be strong, he really does. He just never is, and the little laugh at the end, "jejejeje", says he does not mind much.
