In Adictiva, Daddy Yankee sings about a passionate and intense relationship that has left him wanting more. He compares his lover to a drug, describing her as his "heroine" and "droga" and expressing his desire to be with her despite knowing that she does not love him back. He also acknowledges that he needs to break away from her, but he is unable to do so as she has him "enviciao" and "rompiendo en frío". The chorus of the song emphasizes his addiction to her, singing "Ah, adictiva, me dejaste con las ganas/De probar más de ti/Juqueao' juqueao' tú eres/Ah, adictiva, me tienes desesperao'/Sin saber na' de ti".

I had a great time with you
Maybe this wasn't even real
I'm not going to deny it to you
I can't get you out of my mind
I'd like to come back again
And give it to you one more time
I'm not going to take it off, you're my vice
Oh, addictive, you left me wanting
To try more of you
Juqueao' juqueao' you are
Oh, addictive, you've got me desperate'
Not knowing na' about you
From your body an addict
I get out of you and undress you
Baby, I need your overdose
Like a junkie
You have me envice'
And I inside you bury'
Baby, you've got me sick
And if you're not here, it's hell
And we set out on fire
And you crawling in my bed
I know you don't love me
But my body calls you
Love is not here, I know
A well-told lie is believed
You're my hero
And how rich that flower with thorns
Oh, addictive, you left me wanting
To try more of you
Juqueao' juqueao' you are
Oh, addictive, you've got me desperate'
Not knowing na' about you
That pink lips are divided
Whoever gets down there is blessed
I'm going to crash there even if I'm up.'
You're my drug and you've got me breaking cold
Your kisses went through my veins
Your slave without putting the chains on me
I'd be happy to serve your time
Give me the key, baby
She knows what it's like, I can't leave her
It acts in many ways and envices me
And we set out on fire
And you crawling in my bed
I know you don't love me
But your body calls me a baby
Oh, addictive, you left me wanting
To try more of you
Juqueao' juqueao' you are
Oh, addictive, you've got me desperate'
Not knowing na' about you
If they tell you I'm healing, it's the truth
You're psychoactive like sativa
If they tell you I'm healing, it's the truth
You're psychoactive like sativa
