"CHTPM" is not subtle. The title is an abbreviation of "Chinga tu puta madre", one of the harshest insults in Mexican Spanish (roughly "go f*ck yourself", aimed at someone's mother). This is a heartbreak song with zero sadness left in it, only anger.
It starts with a drink that has stopped working: "El tequila casi ya ni pega" (The tequila barely hits anymore). She left him "quebrado en dos" (broken in two), and he can't believe it after he "te llevé a la luna y las estrellas" (took you to the moon and the stars) only for her to leave him "en el panteón" (in the cemetery). Panteón is the everyday Mexican word for cemetery, so he means she left him for dead.
Then the chorus drops the poetry. "Vales pura verga" is vulgar Mexican slang for "you're worthless", and "no mames" is a crude "are you kidding me". He ends wishing "Ojalá que Dios te mate" (I hope God kills you). It is a bit much, and that is the whole point: it is the song you shout after the third tequila. Great for learning Mexican slang, just not the kind you use at work.
