Yo Sigo Aquí (I'm still here) is reggaeton slowed right down into a heartbreak ballad. The singer lies awake asking "qué es esto que siento" (what is this I'm feeling), something that "me quita el aliento" (takes my breath away), but not in the good way.
The details are what sell it. He thinks he's sleeping, then remembers "tú no estás" (you're not here), wonders whether "tu aroma algún día se irá" (your scent will ever leave), and looks at the bed only to find it "sola" (empty). The chorus, "yo sigo aquí, recordando lo que viví por ti" (I'm still here, remembering what I lived through for you), is simple enough to sing along to on a first listen. Watch for "delirando" too: "mi corazón delirando" means his heart is raving, losing it, which is about as dramatic as it sounds. The outro is pure shout-outs, ending with "estos sí que son unos anormales" (these guys really are freaks), a nod to the producer crew Los Anormales.
