Tito El Bambino opens "Enamorado" with a confession: "Hoy te quiero confesar" (today I want to confess to you). What follows is a man so in love that he talks like he has left the ground. She "me levantaste del suelo" (lifted me off the floor) and "le diste alegría a mi vida" (gave joy to my life), and the chorus keeps him up there: "Tú me llevas a un sitio a volar, tan alto que no me quiero bajar" (you take me to a place to fly, so high I don't want to come down).
The verse is sweeter and a little cheesy, which is the fun of it. When night falls he thinks of her "cuerpo de sirena" (mermaid's body), and he admits "quizá nunca yo te he dicho lo que siento por ti" (maybe I've never told you what I feel for you). His grand gesture? "Si pudiera el mar te entregaría" (if I could, I'd give you the sea). The bridge goes all in with "te amo tanto y tanto que daría la vida por ti" (I love you so, so much that I'd give my life for you).
Learner tip: notice "me llevas" (you take me) and "no me quiero bajar" (I don't want to get down). In Spanish the little pronoun "me" goes before the verb, so you hear it a lot in this chorus. The outro is just shout-outs to the producers and "Dios los bendiga" (God bless you all).
