"Como Se Siente" is Jhayco at his most direct: this is a reggaeton song about sex, and it barely pretends otherwise. The hook keeps asking "¿Cómo se siente, cómo se siente?" (how does it feel, how does it feel?), and the answer is in the lines around it, like "Hacemos posiciones diferentes" (we do different positions). Subtle it is not.
What makes it fun for a learner is the wordplay. He compares her body to a street he already knows the route through, plays with her "como un Wii" (like a Wii), and goes over her body "como un examen" (like an exam) he is studying for. Hazme caso means "listen to me" or "pay me attention", and sígueme la corriente is an idiom for "go along with me". The verse also name-checks Héctor and Don, Puerto Rican reggaeton duo Héctor & Tito's era and Don Omar, plus salsa legend Tito Puente and his timbales: "Dale más duro que Tito Puente a los timbale'" (hit it harder than Tito Puente hits the timbales). Notice the dropped final s in timbale' and cristale', very typical of Caribbean Spanish.
