Ricchi e Poveri is an Italian pop music group formed in 1968 in Genoa, Italy. The group is composed of Franco Gatti, Angela Brambati, Angelo Sotgiu and Angela Brambati. Ricchi e Poveri has released over 20 albums and has had numerous hits in Italy, Europe, and Latin America. Their most famous songs include "Sarà perché ti amo", "Mamma Maria", and "Voulez-Vous Danser". Ricchi e Poveri has been awarded numerous awards, including the prestigious Sanremo Music Festival in 1981.
