Maxim Aleksandrovich Fadeev (Максим Александрович Фадеев), born on May 6, 1968, in Kurgan, Russia, is a renowned Russian singer-songwriter, composer, and music producer. With a career starting in 1989, Fadeev has been instrumental in shaping the Russian music scene, blending genres like alternative rock, pop rock, and trip hop.
He founded Monolit Records in 2003, one of Russia's most influential recording companies, and produced successful artists and groups such as Linda, Glukoza, and the girl group Serebro, which won third place at Eurovision 2007. Fadeev has also been a prominent television producer, notably with the hit talent show Star Factory, and continues to innovate in music and entertainment with projects like the animated film "Savva." Recognized for his contributions to the arts, he was awarded the Honoured Worker of the Arts Industry of the Russian Federation in 2022.
