salopette — overalls / slut

Salopette literally means "overalls" in French. However, in modern French slang, it's also used as a derogatory term for a woman, similar to "slut" or "bitch" in English.

In Zola's song, the context "Salopette, t'as déjà tourné ta veste" (Overalls/Slut, you've already turned your coat) strongly suggests the slang meaning. "Tourner sa veste" means to betray someone or switch allegiances, implying the person is untrustworthy. This dual meaning makes the word particularly interesting and relevant to understanding the song's raw and confrontational tone.

"Temps en Temps" is Zola and Koba LaD trading verses about the grind of street life and what it costs.

The hook is blunt: from time to time he smokes to cope, and he moves from one girl to the next without settling down. It sets the tone for two verses about staying hard when everything around you keeps testing that.

Zola raps about distrust and betrayal, people flipping on him and then acting surprised he changed too. Koba LaD's verse is about exhaustion and loyalty: the late nights, the drinking and weed wearing him down, but always keeping the people closest to him close, no matter how far the hustle takes him. Running through both verses is the same tension: chasing money and respect while watching who's really still there for you.
