I don't just believe in aliens' existence
that they've long lived among us
Aliens who've fled their galaxies
and headed straight for Earth
They've adapted and look almost
like us, only prettier
but never gyros or döner
I know one such alien
that speaks a foreign language
it sounds almost exactly like ours
yet nobody can understand it
When it speaks, it means 'no'
If it tries to be nice, it seems cold
If it says, 'I just need five minutes'
that proves its crazy sense of time
I almost fear that when its ship landed
when it stepped onto the planet
somehow it lost its sense of
logic entirely
'Cause sadly it doesn't think much of thinking
it prefers being guided
it's not easy to live with it
from an infinitely distant star
that's so infinitely strange to me
I still simply like it
The being I share absolutely nothing with
it's my beloved foe
whom I still don't trust
this being calls itself 'woman'

and for sure never reliable

it usually seems distracted
in many cases it's not the brain
Maybe there was a metamorphosis
when it stepped onto the planet
and in the process not only
its heart slipped deep into its pants
It doesn't want to read, can hardly write
and likes best to drift
driven by bundled hormones
it's not easy to live with it

Do we come from different stars
