And today we're going to make some chicken breasts in cheese sauce
That are also really easy to make and super quick
And they're so good you'll want to eat the plate too
Let's see who can top that
To start we pour a splash of oil into a pan on high heat
Then we add the chicken breasts
Already seasoned with salt and pepper and cut into cubes about two centimeters thick
That is, bite-size
We're going to cook them here for about three minutes
Until they brown on the outside
But stay raw inside
The idea is simply to sear the chicken's pores
So that the juices stay inside it
So once we've achieved that what we're going to do
Is remove all the chicken from the pan
To leave it completely empty
Because we're going to keep cooking the next ingredients here
That way all the flavors will blend and we'll also make less mess in the kitchen
So if we see that the bottom of the pan has no oil
Which will most likely be the case
We pour in a splash and then add the onion
Chopped, plus some chopped garlic cloves

By adding freshly ground black pepper
Then we mix and stir all the ingredients quite often
While we let them cook on low heat for about fifteen minutes
After that time, with the onion already nice and soft
But without having taken on color, just soft
We add cooking cream
Also known as heavy cream
We're not going to add salt to the cream
Because next we're going to add grated aged cheese
And these cheeses are usually plenty salty already
The cheese can be parmesan, manchego, or something like that
A strong flavorful cheese
Next we're going to mix all the ingredients over very low heat
Because if this burns you know it'll taste like fried demons afterward
And after a couple of minutes
When it has this texture that makes you want to dive right in
We're going to add the chicken breasts we set aside earlier
And any little juice they may have released goes right in
Throwing it out is forbidden
It'll enrich our sauce even more
And now we simply combine the chicken with the cheese sauce
And let it cook five more minutes
Just long enough for all the flavors to meld
And the chicken finishes cooking
And once it's done we finish brightening this up
By adding freshly ground black pepper and chopped parsley
