Ever wondered what happens when the Ugly Duckling grows up in a rough neighborhood? That is exactly the story Pignoise tells in Todo Me Da Igual. The singer starts as a timid "patito feo" who once believed in fairy tales, yet the harshness of the world chips away at his innocence. Fast-forward to adulthood and he feels even uglier, empty inside, and ready to bite like a stray dog. His new motto: todo me da igual – "I don’t care about anything anymore."

Behind the punk-rock energy there is a social wake-up call. The lyrics expose a society where everyone looks out only for themselves, sweeping their own corner and ignoring the rest. By describing himself as a "delincuente con los sentimientos," the narrator admits he now hurts others before they can hurt him. It is a raw portrait of how disappointment can turn tenderness into apathy, and how choosing indifference might protect you for a while, but it also leaves you lonely, barking at the world.
