Siddhartha opens this one like a private ritual: "Guardaré mis secretos / Los quemaré de frente al sol" (I will keep my secrets / I will burn them facing the sun). He keeps them and burns them in the same breath, which is a lovely contradiction. Then he makes a wish and simply hears his own voice, and he does not care if any of it is true, because "mientras amanezca azul, me voy" (as long as the dawn comes up blue, I'm leaving).
The chorus is where the title lands. "Ya no soy una película de tu llanto" (I am no longer a movie of your crying) is a sharp way of saying he refuses to be the drama in somebody else's sad story anymore. The days are flowing well for him now ("los días me fluyen bien"), and he almost dares the other person: "Repíteme otra vez que eso fue un error" (tell me again that it was a mistake). Learner tip: ánimos here means spirits or mood, so "cuando los ánimos vuelan alto" is "when spirits are flying high". It is a breakup song with the lights on, more relief than heartbreak.
