"Control" is Recycled J and Rels B admitting, over and over, that a relationship has gone off the rails: "Hemos perdido el control" (we've lost control). It's a jealous, messy back-and-forth. He opens with "Nena que me matan los celos" (babe, jealousy is killing me), swears he's sincere, and then notices she's just as jealous: "A ti también te matan los celos" (jealousy is killing you too).
The best detail is how honest it is about the cycle. "Por eso la cagamos cada noche de ciego" (that's why we screw it up every night when we're wasted), where de ciego is Spanish slang for being blind drunk or high. Then: "El lunes será rabia, pero el martes por la noche empezaremos de cero" (Monday will be rage, but Tuesday night we'll start from zero). Later, "Pero repetimos, recaemos" (but we repeat, we relapse) says it plainly. And "Me vas a echar más de menos que el yonkie al veneno" (you'll miss me more than a junkie misses the poison) is a blunt, slightly over-the-top boast. Echar de menos is the Spain Spanish way to say "to miss someone", and yonkie is borrowed from the English "junkie".
