Farandulitas is a clever and modern slang word. It's the diminutive form of farándula, which means "show business" or the celebrity world.
The -ita ending literally means "little," but here it's used with a slightly mocking tone to diminish someone's importance. In the song, Peso Pluma uses it to describe Instagram influencers who he feels act like A-list celebrities but aren't.
Peso Pluma and Tito Double P are not holding back in "Dopamina." The song is a full-on dive into a life of extreme luxury and pleasure seeking. The title itself is the key: they're chasing anything that gives them that chemical rush.
