Juhn has a fanny pack full of cash and one goal: spend it on a woman he can't stop thinking about. The hook is pure flirting. He saw her photo online and hit "double tap" (liked it on Instagram), she's buying a new perfume and wants his "feedback", and the scent is "adictiva" (addictive). Notice how much English slips into this Puerto Rican Spanish: cash, apps, feedback, mall, blunt. That mix is everyday street talk on the island.
Some lines need decoding. "Los chavos" is Puerto Rican slang for money. "El cirujano te instaló el sistema, tienes todas las apps" (the surgeon installed your system, you've got all the apps) is a cheeky way of saying her cosmetic surgery came fully loaded. "A lo Jencarlos Canela" name-drops the Cuban-American singer and actor, a pun on her "piel canela" (cinnamon skin). "En Lala saqué una cita" is him booking a dinner reservation.
Luar La L's verse turns the romance up and the manners down. He offers trips to "¿Dubái o las Bahama'?" (Dubai or the Bahamas?), calls her "la octava maravilla" (the eighth wonder of the world), and gets very explicit about what he wants. Fair warning: this one is flashy, funny and definitely not for the classroom.
