"Top Ten" is a pure flex track. The hook describes a woman who is "de top ten sin sostén" (top ten, no bra), smoke spiralling, rules breaking, and everyone staring because "me miran ilegal" (they look at me like I'm illegal). The message to everyone else is simple: "Ni me miren ni me toquen" (don't look at me, don't touch me), because everything you see is theirs and "yo me lo busqué" (I went out and got it myself).

The verses go after fake rivals, and the slang is the fun part. They are "cholos rentados para videos musicales" (rented gangsters for music videos), who act tough "pero sin bola no salen" (but don't go out without their crew), and nobody respects them, "como chotas estatales" (like state cops; chota is Mexican slang for police). Morras is Mexican slang for girls, and vale verga is a vulgar way of saying "who gives a damn". Gera says he is thirty and still sounds fresher than everyone, rapping with Villax "en una villa del Puerto" (in a villa in the Port). The second verse turns more serious, with hunger in the game and the street that "logró contaminarme" (managed to contaminate me).
