"Mujeriego" opens with a confession: "Soy un mujeriego" (I'm a womanizer). Gera MX plays a guy who never took love seriously and is suddenly knocked flat by it. He compares himself to a blind man "que se enamoró de repente" (who fell in love all of a sudden), and he admits, pretty bluntly, that "al final siempre la cago" (in the end I always screw it up). Cagarla is rude Mexican slang for messing things up.
The chorus is him begging for help: "dime, dime, dime tú" (tell me, tell me, you tell me) how to make her "el único amor de mi vida" (the only love of my life). In the verse he says he was a vago (a drifter) and "vagando te topé" (while drifting I ran into you), a nice pun on the same word. The ending flips the mood: he chooses the night, "mujeres y tragos de ron" (women and shots of rum), and wishes her well from a distance with "Vuela libre" (fly free). So the womanizer stays a womanizer, just a sadder one. The last line, "Cachorro y Santu", is a shout-out to the artists.
