Eslabón Armado began in 2017 as three teenagers from Patterson, California, playing sierreño on twelve-string guitar and bass while they were still at Patterson High School. Corta Venas arrived the same year and is certified 8x platinum in the Latin field. Nostalgia (2022) hit No. 9 on the Billboard 200, the first regional Mexican album to reach the top ten there. In March 2023 they released "Ella Baila Sola" with Peso Pluma, which peaked at No. 4 on the Hot 100 and became the first regional Mexican song in the top ten, and the album behind it, Desvelado, entered at No. 6. Amor Perdido followed in 2024, Vibras de Noche 2 in 2025.
