Вспышка (vspyshka) literally means "a flash," like a flash of lightning or a camera flash. It can also mean an "outbreak," like an outbreak of a disease or anger.
In this song, Egor Kreed uses it metaphorically to describe a sudden, intense, and brilliant spark of passion. He sings, "Я думал, между нами вспышка" (I thought there was a flash between us), perfectly capturing the feeling of a whirlwind romance that burns brightly but quickly fades. This poetic word beautifully illustrates a love that was powerful but fleeting.
This song is all about the cold, empty feeling after a really bad breakup. Egor Kreed uses the image of smoke to describe his pain, singing, "Дым холодным огнём сжигает меня внутри" (Smoke burns me inside with a cold fire). It's not a hot, passionate anger, but something that hollows him out. He's talking directly to his ex, telling her, "Ничто так не убивает меня, как ты" (Nothing kills me like you do). He knows she wanted to hurt him, and he's basically saying, 'Congratulations, you succeeded.'
He tries to act tough, telling her, "Я отпускаю, лети" (I'm letting you go, fly) and pretending it's easy. But he also admits he still feels the urge to text her. He paints a picture of her moving on, being driven away in "чей-то 'мерин'" (someone's Mercedes), while he's left to black out their special dates on his calendar. The relationship was built on "лживых фраз" (lying phrases), and now all that's left of what they had is that cold, burning smoke.
