๋งจ์ฃผ๋จน literally means "bare fists." It's the image of fighting with nothing but your own two hands, raw and unarmed.
In "FIRE," BTS sings "Fire ๋งจ์ฃผ๋จน์ ๋ค๊ณ All night long," meaning they're raising their bare fists all night long. It's not about violence; it's a powerful metaphor for facing life's struggles with pure, unfiltered passion and determination, holding nothing back. This raw, fighting spirit is a core message of the song's youthful energy, making it a uniquely motivating word far beyond a common everyday term.
Get ready for a total party anthem! "FIRE" is all about letting go and living life on your own terms, even if things are a mess. The song kicks off by describing a pretty chaotic scene: waking up with nothing, stumbling around drunk, and feeling like a "๋ฏธ์น๋ ๊ฐ์ง" (like a crazy guy). It's a blunt and honest look at feeling lost and frustrated.
But then, the song completely flips the script. Instead of feeling bad about the chaos, BTS tells you to embrace it. The core message is right there in the lyrics: "๋ ๋ฉ๋๋ก ์ด์ด ์ด์ฐจํผ ๋ ๊ฑฐ์ผ / ์ ์ฐ์ง ์ข ๋ง์ด ์ ธ๋ ๊ด์ฐฎ์" (Live your own way, it's yours anyway / Stop trying so hard, it's okay to lose). Itโs an invitation to everyone who feels scared or in pain to join in, raise their hands, and just scream. The solution? "์น ๋ค ๋ถํ์๋ผ" (Burn it all up)! Burn the worries, burn the expectations, and just be young and free.
