This track is pure bachata drama told as a dialogue between two friends sitting down for a talk. Romeo Santos (lead singer of the Dominican group Aventura) talks about how completely in love he is with his wife, calling her "la dama perfecta" ("the perfect lady"). Meanwhile, Don Omar confesses that he is having a secret, guilt-ridden affair with a married woman: "Dos locos viviendo una aventura castigada por Dios" ("Two crazy people living an affair punished by God").
